Server Intellect has been amazing with their tech support admins. These guys really know what they are doing and do it with out making you feel like you show know how to fix it yourself. The admin have been very helpful and have even given us call backs on the same day to make sure everything is working perfectly. Server Intellect has continued to give us quality support and we thank them for it, keep up the good work guys!!

Yes I must say that Server Intellect really has some seriously awesome techs. One tech took the time to upload my website and restore my database. Then called me to make sure the site was running properly and that all links worked. Awesome! The transition from my previous horrible host was simple and the Techs made it easy to move! I am so glad I found Server Intellect. Keep up the awesome work!

I just finished closing out a question ticket with Server Intellect. I have to say I am so so impressed with the support team. These guys really know there stuff. I was really floored by the fact that I didn't have a problem but was asking server questions, and they answered the ticket in under 10 mins. Most of the time low priority stuff takes hours to get answers too with other host I have used. So when I saw the return ticket from Server Intellect I thought it was an auto reply but lo and behold it was answers! If you are really looking for a company that knows how to treat customers and answer questions quickly I would most definitely call Server Intellect and check em out.

They even allowed our shared account to have full trust per our websites requirements. The first two places we looked at wouldn't allow us to have full trust on a shared account. I took the time to present a few questions that were well above the scope of what I needed. The sales rep proceeded to get a level 3 tech on the phone and answer my questions. What a pleasant surprise to receive the answer to my questions. Most companies won't even let you talk to a level 3 tech. What a great first impression, so much so that I purchased right there and received my server 24 hours later. Highly recommended!

Server Intellect is one of those companies that you just love to review. After 6 months of running a dedicated server with Server Intellect I am happy to say everything is working perfect. In the 6 months time we have had a very fast network connection and the response time by the tech support team has be outstanding. All questions answered all problems resloved. The best aspect Server Intellect provides is a true customer service group who actually want to help you. This is very hard to find in today's hosting market. I give them a A++
