We Had Two Problem In The Last Two Months.
We had two problem in the last two months.
* We are rented a VPS from the Santrex 5 months ago. In the last 2 months our server was unavailable more than 5 days. Once the server just stop working, they start the repair but is take more than 24 hours.
* One month ago we bought a domain from the Santrex, we paid extra £15 for the domain registration setup. After they asked an other £15. We tried to transfer this domain to an other company, 3 weeks ago but is still doesn't happened. The "online" is a joke. Working 2-3 hours/day but they never answered for us. The ticket system is an other joke, they closed every ticket without any solution just left a stupid answer.
