I can't say I've gotten five 9's of up-time, but the four 9's are supplemented by great service. The service is worth much more than the low price.

The technicians on the web-chat are qualified to support MySQL and PHP--so much so that they can interpret Drupal errors and resolve them by themselves. I'm very pleased.

I just got done chatting with a tech who resolved my Drupal issue in some minutes--not hours or days. I didn't have to hold his hand or resolve the problem myself.

I moved to RShosting.com from my previous reseller account at the beginning of the year, started off with a "Plan 3" reseller account and moved to a managed VPS recently.

In the last 4+ months, I would just like to say the support provide by RShosting staff has been very fast and excellent.

As most of my tickets are "how do I....." compared to "It's not working.....", I change their status to low. They are still responded to in a timely manner and in great detail too.

The server speeds are fast and with a very decent uptime. My pingdom reports did not show any downtime, nor did my customers ever complain about slow websites. This is definitely a good sign of non-overloaded servers, which indicate that RShosting care for the quality of their services.
