Since last one week ricoh data center is not able to fix the issue their links are getting down again and again and this is the case with dedicated server. Whenever we call on their Kolkata support number they are coordinating with data or airtel. Just because this pathetic service we are loosing our business.

Really poor and pathetic service.

I am customer of Ricoh from last year and purchase dedicated server. I never faced any problem and no downtime at Ricoh Data Center. I must say their technical as well as sales support is awesome. I just put on a ticket and they reply instantly.
