Brilliant Support
There was a glitch in multicraft that reverted spigot to an earlier version. I contacted support via live chat they were very apologetic and helpful and got it sorted as quickly as possible. They also have very competitive prices for minecraft servers shame the web servers aren't as cheap, but cPanels expensive.
It's just a shame that they don't provide more services such as VPSes and centova.
