I purchased an unlimited master reseller account from a company about a year ago and the company sold their custom to Rentaserv, about a week after the account was transfered it was terminated for no reason at all as far as I am concerned, he blocked me from MSN so I couldn't ask for a refund. Don't use rentaserv is my recommendation.

Well basically I transferred my sites over from MeinHosting (also poor in my experience) and within 2 hours they had all been lost due to a "server hack", no backups, no chance of recovering them. I got a refund but that doesn't really help the fact that my sites lost all of their data. I'm lucky they were only sites of friends and not commercial sites.Dont recommend rentaserv.net!

Reliable UK Registered business. I am using several of rentaserv products offerings with no troubles at all. I also find rentaserv's suppor and e-mail communications to be well above any competitor at a similar price. The lesson here is to WATCH OUT for "forum spammers"...

I requested a refund as i didn't use the service and wanted to cancel within 24 hours of being setup. My request was refused and I was told to read the TOS.

It says on the site that refunds depend on circumstances which I thought left a lot of room for interpretation.

Awful customer service, did not take in to account how urgent having my service online is. Did refund me in the end but had promised to sort my account before that..which they never did.
