I signed up for the free account offered which basically just let's you get into their customer centre, but it gave me an idea of how easy it was going to be to control everything. I gave them a call to ask a couple of questions and they were extremely helpful. Their website also has lots of screencasts that walk you through some of the things I needed to do like transfer a domain name. When I did get stuck, I emailed support and they responded quickly with a solution.

I was worried about setting up my website hosting on my own, but with the support they offer, your not actually alone. Everything is working great and I am more than happy. A+
