No Support - Cowboy Outfit
The prices looked good and I had heard of them from a friend so I went for it. BIG MISTAKE ! I can get no support and I'm fairly sure it's a one-man band outfit running the whole show (or maybe a handful of friends who don't give a toss once they've taken your money).
They (or should I say "he") even works part-time! (check out the business hours from their site)
Mon, Tues & Thurs
8am - 12pm
12:30pm - 4:30pm
Wed
8am - 12pm
1pm - 4:30pm
Fri
8am - 12pm
12:30pm - 3:30pm
I actually have a problem that I cannot resolve and my support requests raised through the their support management system are deleted. As a result I have not been able to use my site for over a week. It looks like a common theme, check out other reviews on the internet and it looks like it's a common practice of theirs (or his !)
