Been with provider-one for about three years now.

I have had the occasional problem with them,

To me! What matters is what they do when things go wrong (as sure as eggs are eggs things will go wrong1)I dont mind, its what they do to sort out that matters.

eg

- web site attacked by a hacker....I raised a ticket and sorted within the hour.

- email account not big enough....I raised a ticket and sorted within the hour.

- cut me off when I didnt pay.... well that was my fault, but back on in 1 hour after payment.

I would recommend this lot
