Good support. Reasonable price. Their mySQL implementation has a throttle on it to limit the number of queries per minute. I keep two copies of a huge table and queries draw from one while I load the other in the background, and vice versa. Updating the table takes many more queries than their limit allows, so I am not able to update my tables on the fly. Have canceled and asked for a refund.

I would recommend www.powweb.com anytime. Infact the only bad thing I have to say about POWWEB is the OPS slow in comparison to other client log ins.

Over all powweb is ok. I am however working on moving away from from to a more realiable host that doesnt feel as slow as they do. After going through the buy out that they did about a year ago everything I feel has been going down hill.

Powweb used to be a great company.

After changing ownership they migrated servers and adopted the policy of bad customer service, unreliability, and bad technical support. The representatives answer the phone like you are inconveniencing their lives. At one point I felt like I should apologize for being a customer. The only time they did anything for all the problems was when I called to cancel all of my accounts they offered some free service, ignoring the fact that they still had not fixed my open support tickets with them and providing no explanation for the number and length of outages. They may be cheap, but save yourself the trouble of having to switch to someone else and never sign up.

Will never leave POWWEB. Been doing webs forever since NS was the only player in town. Been jumping around until now. I can't believe it's not listed here?
