i have been using PAC now for 2 years and dont see that ending soon. The support has been excellent when needed. The software is simple to use and web based. Just raise a ticket and assign it a priority. They have responded to high priority question in wee under an hour. Would recommend any small business to try then.

PAC was highly recommended to me and dealing with them has been a breath of fresh air. In the past I have used web hosting by very small fish where my files are all administered by one individual and I've used horrible corporate beasts like 1&1 who seem feature packed and cheap on the outside, but offer no support and very strange back end systems. With PAC I get the best of both worlds as their control panel is jam packed full of bits and bobs I may or not need, plus I get someone on the phone helping me through it any time I like.

Working with PAC has made the whole process of setting up websites very easy. I'm very much a beginner when it comes to techy stuff, but the ease of the cpannel has allowed me to play around with great looking wordpress sites within a few clicks which has been a breath of fresh air when compared to the awful website template builders I have used in the past.

Great product with a personal touch, I wouldn't even consider using anyone else!

Support is first class! We had a problem with a web page plug in which required a specific port - PAC opened the port up without fuss.

Since joining we have had excellent uptime and the support has been timely and more importantly 24/7!
