This Icelandic hosting company is not for the non-computer savy

and if your an owner of their site , you'll have to constantly

email them via the primary email address. They may let you

register another email but they'll never use it, they like to

quote ICANN rules to everything.

The Help / Tickets are not designed for developers or any secondary party.

Don't expect all that they offer to be working or maganged

This hosting company took charge of a popular site for hosting

1) Couldn't get software scripts to work.

2) Locked out of all accounts for a security breach.

3) Kept us locked out for 6 months and still charged us.

4) Brought down the site due unable to re-register domain.

5) Eventually had to chase emails (time limited)to get

access to the account.

&) Ordered a domain with them which lasted less than a week

before it was stopped.

7) All emails were our fault and we'd have to open this,

chase emails, login and update, etc; basically their job.

8) Refused to consider compensation.

9) September 2015 to present April 2016 - still don't have a working

hosting and the site is ruined i.e. not even on a search engine now.

The problems faced is enough for me to warn other's of this company.
