I've been with this company now for quite a few months and I must say that I have never seen anything like it. The service has been amazing and I've received no downtime at all with my business.

Whenever I've submitted a support ticket to these guys for any problem the longest I have had to wait for a response from them is approximately 3o minutes and that's not joking - Try them for yourself if you don't believe me but honest I get faster responses to the support tickets here than what I have experienced in some live chat conversations with other sites.

The other thing I love about these guys is the fact that they all come across very friendly and even when I've had third party script problems they have helped me with no issues.
