Incompetent Technical Support And An Unethical Company

I used NS for a few years. Every time my site went down, they'd claim it was something I re-configured, though no one had changed anything. When I paid for tech support, which was virtually non-existent, and the problem was found to be on their side, they refused to refund what I had paid. When you call them for anything, all they try and do is sell, sell, sell.

If there was a negative rating, I'd give them one.

I Have Never Seen Such A Unhelpful Support? I Cont

I have never seen such a unhelpful support?

I continued my company account with them for 2 years, and whenever I required help, I feel I recieved none.

More stupid thing, there is a Technical Support link on their site, I filled-up the whole story in that and finally I was responded that I was supposed to submit the issue in their Express Service Request link and not in Technical support. OK I did that too, again I got a auto response, saying your problem cannot be resolved until you call us. Frustrated but I still called them. A lot of hold-times, and transfering call, finally the support person said that I have noted down your issue and I will pass it to the technical team. I got really frustrated with this type of support. And the worst part is that even then it took more than 10 days to resolve the minor issue.

Network Solutions Is Holding My Domain Name. When

Network Solutions is holding my domain name. When I tried to switch registrars to active-domain.com (instead of paying the over-priced Net Solutions yearly fee) Network Solutions played 'dumb' and would not let active-domain.com become the new registrar. In my opinion Network Solutions gave me the run-around, and when I asked to speak to the manager, the manager as far as I am concerned did nothing to help. Network Solutions used the 'old man stall' technique of customer service. Active-domain.com tried 3 times to initiate a transfer and Network Solutions told me that they had never received the transfer.

I would never recommend Network Solutions to anyone.

Yes! This exact thing happened to me; Network Solutions actually locked my domain for transfer for no discernible reason that I am aware of, have not yet acknowledged my support tickets it seems until the domain was one day from renewal, effectively holding my domain hostage in my opinion. I would never recommend Network Solutions to anyone either.

Network Solutionsthe Are A Leading Force In The We

Network SolutionsThe are a leading force in the web services business. That makes them good at what they do and the service that they provide. I think they need to work on bringing their pricing structure down a bit.
