Of course, like any hosting whatsoever, there will be downtimes and technical issues. In my experience though these are brief, well responded to and fixed very quickly.

I have had many technical questions and issues, some urgent, some just after advice really, and normally I get a very prompt and knowledgeable response from the Netweaver team.

The package they offer now has a hundred times the functionality of when I first started with them, for basically the same price!

I would highly recommend Netweaver and urge you to look at what they offer.

They offer a wide range of functionality and the control panel that is used now allows you to do very complex things with a relatively minimal amount of knowledge (no more installing cgi-scripts and decoding perl scripts by hand for 50 hours... press a button and watch it all install automagically).

One of my websites, scoutingresources.org.uk, has been around since 1994 and has been hosted with Netweaver for the vast majority of that time!

It's the usual case when people have lots to say it's normally because they'd had problems, on the contrary I find the help given far excels what I would expect, even down to coding of cron jobs!

Value for money - YES, I came from a reliable supplier who charged me £50 a year for 150MB of data space, compare that with Netweavers 5GB package and you'll discover it's a 'no-brainer'.

I've always had help requests dealt with promptly with the right end result, carry on the good work.

I've had few problems over the years but the help team have always come up trumps. I particularly like the way they appreciate that the user is nowhere near as computer savvy as them and they certainly make the solutions straightforward and simple to execute.

Recently all the guys seemed to take it in turns to sort out my problem.

I think frustration is the main annoyance for the user when a problem presents itself. The team always seem to come to the rescue in a timely and satisfactory manner.

My only gripe would be that sometimes it would be nice to talk through the problem with someone rather than message thereby getting some real time direct help.

Extremely solid and reliable web hosting and web services company, I have been with them since around the early 2000s, I use them for a number of personal, business and society/organisation sites, they are very professional, look after the customer, go the extra mile to resolve issues or questions and provide a great service using applications like cpanel and installatron to make hosting and running web applications a lot easier.

Mainly use my domain for email, never experienced anything other than a constant uptime. When I've had an issue, the support is quick.

Been with Netweaver for about 6 months. Have had no problems with the service - the site always seems to be up and the support is great.

The problem was sorted in less than 30 minutes, excellent service.

I have been with netweaver for several years. One time I couldn't make the payment for hosting renewal, but they kindly resumed the service after I emailed them and assured them payment would be made next next. Recently they have been answering my support tickets within the hour! Overall I have to say I am very pleased with the serive they provide.

I think they are very keen to improve their site and services which is becoming evident.

I've seen with these chaps for many years and I've seen the service be quite variable.

In the good days, the reliability was patchy, but the customer service was decent and fixes quite quick so provided you had nothing mission critical there, you accepted the issues, especially given the price is quite low.

But right now, I have tickets that have been open for a week, none of them have been touch by the netweaver people.

The odd thing is that I tell them webmail isn't working and the pop3 is working. Minutes later, pop3 stops working. Someone is having a laugh, I think.

Time to move on. Unfortunately, my wife doesn't use an email client - she only uses webmail, so now we don't have access to webmail, she's going to lose her entire inbox. She's not happy.
