Unhelpful customer service in my experience! Tickets have been going for days unanswered as far as I am aware, they have not yet sent out reminder emails to renew my domain, and when I try logging into the helpdesk with the information they emailed to me it says I'm not even in the system. I do not recommend Netrillium Web Hosting due to their customer service, there are so many other great hosts out there I have experienced!

Registered a domain with them a while ago. Not yet any warning when it expired as far as I am aware. Cannot log into customer area with passwords they sent me as far as I am concerned? Submitted a help desk ticket two days ago and still have not yet received a reply as far as I am aware, despite the fact that they claim 24/7/365 customer service. I have yet to see their "live support" ever actually online. I do not recommend Netrillium Web Hosting.

I do not recommend Netrillium Web Hosting - to ANYONE! I feel it is not worth the money for... If they do reply to my tickets on www.netrillium.net it has taken over a week in my experience; high prices for what you can get elsewhere in my opinion; servers were constantly down for me too and I feel customer service representatives were unhelpful...

One of the times I registered a domain with them, it took over a week and still my domain hadnt been registered. Eventually I got frustrated and signed with another domain register company, who got my domain up in a matter of 2 hours! At least I didnt have any trouble getting my money refunded by Netrillium.
