I've been a client with NetHosted for 2 years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I am continually impressed with their support, whenever I contact them they have an answer for me in minutes, I've had reply's that come back pretty much instantly, 1 or 2 minutes after sending the ticket!

I've never experienced this level of support with another host, I've been through plenty that have the attitude that it's not their problem and they don't really care as long as they have your money, but NetHosted are different. The support team have great technical knowledge, and always give you an explanation, even when it isn't their fault they will give advice and try to help. Couldn't recommend them more, apart from that their uptime and server responsiveness is the best of any host I've used!
