Two days before they went down last year they requested fees via paypal. No problem I thought, my fees were due so I paid - two days later I have no site. Heartinternet then said they were taking over as far and every thing would be rosy - yet within a couple of weeks they were trying to charge again so I cut my losses. I have now received three emails from neptunewebhosting telling me about the brilliant new packages they have to offer - providing I pay first. I do not recommend this web hosting company.

I am still waiting for my reading I have PAID for the order please comment me for an explanation.

Why am I still waiting for my order, please put back the funds taken from my account if you are not intending completing my order. I will make a formal claim to the office.

I initially paid for the base package for a decent price, and for a while all was well. But then they started sending deals, not only via email, but also putting in a paypal request for the money. At this point I should have thought something was up, but stupidly next time an offer came, it was to upgrade to the platinum account, and 5 years hosting for £35, great deal I thought! Less than a year later I received an email telling me all offers had been revoked, and I would still have to pay the yearly fee. I feel cheated, and I'm sure that it is not allowed.

In short, they don't keep their promises, and when questioned about their deals, they get defensive and rude,

Steer Clear of Neptune. Their customer service is God awful. As mentioned previously, there is no phone support, only e-mail and support ticket system. Both of which can be very slow to answer. Payments are demanded at random times and sites are taken offline for no reason. Recently Neptunes own account has been suspended a couple of times by the hosts of their reseller account, which in turn means that any sites they host get taken down too. One good point, when you do get an answer they are generally polite and apologetic. But they shouldn't have to apologise if they just got it right in the first place!! Steer clear of this company. Would never recommend or deal with again.

Neptune Web Hosting www.neptunewebhosting.com does not keep track of its accounts. If you pay them (using PayPal) they do not record it and you, the customer, have to prove that you paid them.

They don't reply to email unless they want more money from you.

After hosting your site for a while they will start sending you deals, offering you the chance of low-priced upgrades or deals for the next few years' hosting at a discounted price. I was foolish enough to do this, lo and behold, one year after joining they disabled my site without notice. When I asked them to enable it again, I was told I hadn't paid. Despite sending proof of the payment along with the email offer I received, they insisted I pay more. Would you give them more money for nothing?

Neptune Web Hosting is absolutely awful. That covers it. 3 times now they have suspended my site and demanded payment for a domain name which I have already paid for in advance. The previous time they argued with me that I had not paid for my domain until I sent them a copy of there PayPal invoice which I had paid. They have now suspended my site again without any explanation and of course refuse to let you contact them by any means other than e-mail. As soon as this hosting term is up I will be switching over to a different host who actually cares about there customers.
