I upgraded my hosting from one package to another. During this process one of their team deleted all of my websites, yes deleted - over 20 websites. They apologised and that was all. I think you might agree that they shoudl have some internal back ups - they didn't. Thankfully I did.

If you tick auto renew for your domains it is not honoured, they expire.

If you run any kind of website please avoid these people at all costs.

I love having a website but promptly flounder when things go wrong. Not any more - just a quick email to Native Space sorts out any problems super fast. They get the job done, keep me in touch and follow up quickly and efficiently, checking that I'm totally happy with the resolution. We moved to nativespace in 2012 due to their competitive pricing, great presentation and we felt they were the ideal match for our web developer's creativity.

The support was quick and helpful when it came to setting up new email accounts and guiding our web developer through the cPanel and database setup for the website

We were very impressed with the prices for SSL which we needed for our new Facebook canvas page, and so this was a big USP for nativespace. Nativespace worked with our web developer to install and setup the SSL for us on the server, going above and beyond what many companies would do.

Due to audience development, marketing and improved film programming we have seen a huge increase in traffic this year, and when needed nativespace have supported us and upped our bandwidth usage accordingly.

I have been with Nativespace since 2002, following a recommendation, and I have a multi-domain package. I have always been impressed by how quickly the staff respond to and resolve issues. They are always courteous, professional, and above all patient, and explain clearly what the issues are and, where necessary, what action I need to take. They also go the extra mile. For example, when I wanted to install Joomla 2.5 on a new server, before Joomla 2.5 was available for automatic installation from cPanel, they offered to install it for me. With the advent of their new web site, it is clear that they are constantly striving to improve the services they offer. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Nativespace to anyone.

I run a web marketing agency and have been using a reseller hosting account with Nativespace for nearly 6 years. In all that time I think that my hosting has gone down once. Whilst Nativespace aren't the cheapest hosting company they do have the absolute best support staff. The support team are around 24/7 and have got me out of fix many times in the small hours! Their admin panels are easy to use making administering my domains a breeze and CPanel is included as standard. I use and would recommend Nativespace to others.

I entered the computer industry in 1969 and worked as a Data Control Manager. In those days we used LEO III and IBM 1200 systems. Ever since I have owned various PCs making sure I always kept up to date with new developments. I left employment in 1979 to start my own business and I am still self employed within the industry today. During that journey I experienced other support teams in a variety of fields. I can assure you none of them were or are even remotely as efficient as Nativespace.

They have never failed to help and never failed to resolve a problem within a very short space of time. As far as I am concerned,they are, without doubt, the most friendly, efficient team in existence and I am very pleased to say they are UK based.
