Very rarely do I find myself moving hosts. I moved to Namecheap for a month, and the customer service was amazing. One thing that could be improved is that they require the fraud team to verify all marketplace domain bids/orders and often take 48+ hours to do this. It's instant with other competitors.

I have just my site to Namecheap.com hosting and I can't praise them enough for their help. Their support team was very helpful in assisting me in getting my site back up and running. Not easy when you are a complete beginner and don't really understand how it all works. Leaving my site at the other host wasn't an option.
