We used Bathcomms for some development work to fix an issue with our Magento store.

After paying a large amount of money, they eventually said they where not competent enough to fix our issue and recommended we used another company who had the technical skills. They did not try to finish fixing our issue and when I suggested them to help resolve a simple issue, to at least justify the money I had spent, they ignored my emails.

To wrap this up from my experience, they will take your money, they are technically incompetent, and very rude and unprofessional via ignorance. Avoid like the plague and make sure you choose a quality developer.
