It's company of all loosers, every product they sell is terrible and their support team is awfull. They claim their support is available 24/7 which correct but that support team nothing but useless. They can't answer any of your question and will ask you to raise a ticket which will then take hours or even days to get resolved.

Keep miles away from this company or you'll be just banging your head.

When I first went to IX Web Hosting they were great.BUT since January 2009.My emails have been spammed repeatedly.. They have stopped my access twice because there software allows hackers in (permissions are not set correctly)They stopped ALL my clients emails and mine rather than just the one site running there software. gave me 5 days notice but I was on holiday.. Came back to very angry customers.

IX Web Hosting used to be great, Support site was fast but not any more. Cheap. Easy to use the software On the whole very good for the first year now very poor, time to move, unless they start to provide a decent service again.

I signed up with this company a year ago, its coming up to renewal time and I am desperately looking elsewhere. They were OK for a few weeks but then I noticed a real lag when trying to load sites that used MySQL databases, they denied any problem. I let this go but in the last three months I was moved to their new and improved data centre... or so they said. Ever since I have noticed my site going down for 10-60 seconds (FTP and HTTP). Its incredibly annoying and their customer service has recently been unhelpful in my opinion! 24 hour support appears to mean that they will reply to your tickets after 24 hours minimum. Believe me - I do not recommend IX Web Hosting.com

Rented an asp.net site from them. Site is down at least twice a week. For example, 12 march 2008, our site was down. Their customer rep said something about a data center in Ohion being down.

Also their support staff are unhelpful on what is causing the servers to go down.

All in all, they have been a waste of time for me and I do not recommend www.ixwebhosting.com.

They used to be great, Support site was fast ans still is within 24 hours usually. Cheap.

Not easy to use the software initially, but eventually got the hang of it.

On the whole well worth it for the last 2 years, but maybe it is time to move, unless they start to provide a decent service again.
