Difficulty in getting hold of islandhost but apparently I was using an old e-mail. With difficulty I found the phone number and rang because I had an urgent file I needed to send to a consultant in respect of a serious and painful health issue, but instead of a call back which would have been helpful, I eventually received an e-mail but sadly too late to send the urgent file. Nevertheless, the response and instructions were very helpful, although the first time I had tried to implement it didn't work for some reason. Gave up and went back next day and it did, so thank you -problem solved.

I've now got 6 sites on IslandHost, never had a problem. I deal with Graeme there and he's very helpful if there's anything I need his advice on he always knows how to help.

My sites load super fast and the cPanel comes with loads of handy features. I've used 3 other companies before (very well known ones) and a couple have caused me some problems and have been very slow to fix them.
