TECH SUPPORT CAN NOT HELP ON ISSUES, I ORDERED THE SHOUTCAST SERVER AND WAITED OVER 3 HRS TO GET THE SETTINGS AND LIVE SUPPORT DECIDED TO GO OFF LINE. I STILL NOT HAVE RECIEVED MY SETTINGS AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND STILL NO REFUND. VERY POOR SERVICE.

I have not received this type of personal service since signing up with PayPal back in the day. I would recommend this company a million times over. I know nothing about hosting and sites and they make it so easy to understand and too the time to explain everything before we did anything.
