Bart Hosting is a strange web hosting company in a way: it acts as though it's a UK company yet doesn't sell .uk names or charge in £'s. Even so, it offers really usable totally free hosting with lots of features. Even the paid hosting packages are amazing value so you get the impression that it's all a really low cost import from the US !The site says it's aimed at Christians and churches but there's nothing in the sign-up that insists you sign a statement of faith or anything so I guess anybody could use the free hosting if they chose to!
