I have been with HostForLIFE for 5 years, initially using a reseller package before recently switching to a dedicated server.

My dedicated server was quite dear in my view however the excellent support I have been given during my time meant I couldn't risk going elsewhere.

I do not often need help however on the five or so occasions I've had queries I have had a response within the hour. Once I raised a ticked at 1:00AM and it was solved ten minutes later. The web tickets are so good I consider it preferable to phoning.

This experience leaves me with the belief that if something bad does happen, they'll be there to help right away and ultimately that's all I need. I also fully understand the value of the SLA they commit to and think this speaks volumes.
