So iv been with hostgator and they offered me nothing except a hosting site but on the other hand with Host2Surf u have loads of options i needed some custom emails for my website but hostgator didnt offer that they even made me pay £10 to downgrade just to a lower plan their '247 live chat' is so rubbish one day they made me wait a full hour due to their stupid system kept saying 10mins 25mins 1min their so rubbish but host2surf the people hear are such relaxed people and give you a service that is brilliant! Once i lost a piece of my wordpress page but i thought they might update it every minute or so but nope i pay £12-15 for hosting with them but what did i get nothing just wordpress but host2surf update every few minutes!

Many reasons i can talk about host2surf but the main one is their relaxed people that are cheap reliable and give a service that is such a high standerd!

Any operation you may need to carry out such as opening a support ticket, paying an invoice or changing your account details is made easy to action by the website being so effective.

When opening a support ticket you are quickly answered with an automated response which assures you your ticket has been opened. Tickets are usually answered and actioned quickly and communicated is good.

In relation to downtime I have always found Host 2 Surf to be reliable. There is very rarely any down time on my website and when there is this is dealt with quickly and effectively and the website is back up as soon as possible.

The hosting is cost effective and there are also bonuses to be earned through referrals meaning my hosting for the month is often free.
