I've been with holdonhosting.net for a few months now and I must say, I am impressed. The servers seem fast and they have a really user friendly control panel that I was able to use to create a brilliant looking website with even with my limited knowledge of web design. The downside is that the support can take a day or so to reply but I cant really complain - that's still better than some paid web hosting I've used. When they do rely they are friendly and helpful.
