Recently I sent them several questions about a domain issue that I was very worried about which were related to a prospective purchase, not the site they currently host for me. Even things not strictly his remit he has undertaken out of good will for no extra cost. Swift replies to email, even at the weekend! Great reliable service. No hesitation in recommending them.

This team have been terrific. I am a novice with regard to domains and they have held my hand is a most re-assuring way. I thought i was technically minded pissing about with free web builders but im not! Hihosting have helped me through every aspect of building an ecommerce site and blog.I've had 100% uptime and the customer service is really good. They even replied at 11pm when i'de made a mistake. There is nothing i dont like about the service. Its cheap too.

Hi Hosting has an excellent and personalised customer support. I didn't know much technical terminology but got the help from Hi Hosting through the live chat. I was on the live chat for about 1 hour asking questions on every detail! You can literally ask them anything... They really take the time to help you out.
