Before this, I was using free web hosting. Needless to say, this is a massive improvement. I have experienced no downtime and everything has consistently loaded instantaneously. It is easy to manage and you can easily create new databases, emails, sub-domains etc. from the control panel provided. The customer service is also excellent and assistance is usually provided immediately.

Been using the student vpn at 99p per month for about 2 weeks now, with brilliant support to get me connected and no downtime I can say that I'm happy with this service.

Also what made me really like this company was that they made changes so that I could connect through my university network by allowing me to connect through a different port.

Just started up a business with some friends of mine and we needed a website. GigaGator were quick to help me with any questions I had and recommended the right packages for me. I don't think you'd get this sort of customer service from a large web hosting company.

I don't use any of the web hosting packages so I cant really speak about them, but their VPN deals are brilliant. I've been with this small company since they was WAFAA VPN and there's been a few issues with downtime, but since moving the servers over to GigaGator they have been brilliant.

With no restrictions on P2P downloading and unlimited bandwidth, I can play games all day long without getting kicked of.

The VPN uses OpenVPN protocol, where they support port 80 and 443, so with connections going through 443 I can connect and game on my university network easily.

I would recommend this VPN to all students who have restricted access at their university.

Found this hosting company through my old VPN provider MegaMite, I pointed my domain from CrazyDomains using the instructions provided by GigaGator and within the hour my website was live.

I did have to contact support to downgrade php version, but this was done within 20 minutes of me submitting the ticket and then I was away. My website loads quickly and the control panel is quality.

Only bad thing I have noticed is that VAT isn't shown until you checkout, but even still the prices are reasonable.

I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Was recommended by a friend about this small company based in Wales which offers hosting, servers and a virtual private network.

I went with the smallest package at £1 per month and have great speeds and my site hasn't gone offline once yet! The control panel is easy to use and at the touch of a button you can enable things like Joomla and Wordpress on your hosting package.

Domains were reasonably priced, not the cheapest but not too expensive. I transferred my domain in from another provider and had no problem doing that.
