I Recently Received An Email To Inform Me Of The (
I recently received an email to inform me of the (long awaited demise) of Ghoulnet Ltd and GMHosting."It is with deep sadness we have to inform you that for reasons beyond our control Ghoulnet Ltd has ceased trading. What follows in this email is details on what will happen to your domain and hosting and what you need to do."Now for those of you who were unfortunate enough to have had accounts and domains registered with Ghoulnet and GNHosting and for the many that experienced serious disruption like I did in the last 2 years....this will be welcome as now there is finally communication and in my case.....I have finally gotten back control of my domains into a single account that I can manage...hurray!!After a full year with no response to URGENT support tickets and emails...and trading with no Telephone number, my experience was frustrating as within that period I lost domains and my clients websites, ....fortunately I was able to migrate to a proper hosting company and dropped many domains in the process.Best move I ever made was to drop this pathetic company and start again fresh. Now during that frustrating time I went overhead to the Domain company Enom ...that was supplying the domains to GNHosting their own reseller ...only to be told to contact GNHosting/Ghoulnet...but of course that was impossible because they had abandoned the car and left the engine running. Thats how it seemed.Well with the announcement of GNHostings demise comes the following message."We have passed control of our domain accounts to Ezee Internet Limited who will assist you in one of the following ways."That's OK....they are doing well to fix the mess left by GNHosting....but beware.....in communication we are dealing with the very same person it seems that was at the controls of Ghoulnet. Well.....are you going to trust the same people to manage your hosting and domains after the farce many users had to deal with in the past years??I am certainly not.I will transfer my domains away as soon as possible.I wouldnt trust Ezee Internet for anything..

Ghoulnet Web Hosting Told Me That They Have Now Ce
Ghoulnet Web Hosting told me that they have now ceased trading. To their credit they are taking an active role in finding customers a new provider. I transferred as soon as I found out as my subscription was due for renewal anyway.
As Far As I Am Aware They Have No Physical Telepho
As far as I am aware they have no physical telephone number for any problems, they use a ticket based system only, which in my experience takes ages for them to reply to. Couldn't get my auth code out of them had to go to ICANN in the end!

Very Unreliable Now For Me. Some Faults Will Cause
Very unreliable now for me. Some faults will cause outages for days with no reply as far as I am aware yet to my support tickets. Unable to be contacted by phone it seems. May be cheap but I am not happy with my experience, therefore I do not recommend Ghoulnet.

I've Found Them Impossible To Contact Except By On
I've found them impossible to contact except by online 'tickets' and these can go unanswered for weeks. My email and hosting service were suspended because of a trivial payment deficit (apparently their error) of around £1. I tried to correct the payment but the autoresponse said I must contact the host. No reply to seven separate urgent and critical tickets requesting help. When I decided to give up on them I had to sort out my transfers without their help or cooperation, going to higher authority to override their control. I was still waiting for a response ten weeks on, as I happily waved goodbye.

Let's Start With A 'contact Us' Page That Lists A
Let's start with a 'contact us' page that lists a pic of someone holding a phone, when the actual contact point is a post office box. (Dig around for the phone number and you get). One gets the impression that the service is run by one man and his dog. If he is off down the pub, any crises have to wait. 'Critical' service tickets can go unanswered for days, and there is literally no other point of contact. Use for a cheap hobby website if you don't mind it vanishing for days at a time - it's cheap and a good way to practice getting webby skills. You'd need to be seriously naive to run anything mission critical there - google the service and you will find howls of complaint from people who did.
