I've been with forever hosting for many years now and have found them to offer the best support a small web site provider could ask for.

Tickets are responded to in good time, their client area is easy to navigate and their down time other than to move to a new data centre has been minimum and any issue I have ever had has been fast resolved and or a credit applied for any inconvenience caused.

Their VPS service is pretty cool not too bad for general use they offer static IPS for them and the same for dedicated too although their caveat is shared hosting utilities something called SNI now so you can install an SSL without a static IP but to be honest this saved me £20 a year!

All in all i like them and will recommend as I personally have felt they do their best to adopt a good client business relationship whilst seeking to improve and add new things from time to time.
