The dedicated server offered by First2Host is just truly amazing, no downtime and also great service from all the staff, customer relations are good too as they respond very quickly. Price is competitive and also probably one of the best in the UK infact the World!!

Not sure what that other reviewer was on when they wrote that review but I have never had any problems with First2Host. I find the speed by far the best I have seen, The support is worth it's weight in gold and the options I have in my control panel blow HostGator, BlueHost, all the main providers right out of the water. For the sake of a few pounds which from there website is fully refundable if your not 100% happy I'd advise anyone to ignore that idiot and make your own minds up like I did.

I began with First2Host over a year ago on a reseller account. I signed up, logged into my WHM and there were no options. Once I contacted support they told me that their WHM was not the latest version. I can only think I was the only customer to sign up for that package, because surely if every other customer had that version they wouldn't have been able to use their WHM properly?

Since then it has been fine until now. I was sent an email with my invoice on and then once to remind me that it was nearly overdue and a third to tell me that my hosting had been suspended two days after the invoice went overdue! They then charged a late fee of £5, when I only pay £2.99 a month for my hosting. No where in there terms and conditions did it state that I would be charged this, nor on any email sent to me did it state this. You will also find that, at the current time, in the UK you can only charge 8.5% per annum on overdue invoices.

Finally, the account suspended page. Once my account had been suspended, when trying to access my domain I was greeted with loud music and a cartoon running across the page with the text "Holy Smoke! Where's It Gone?, Everyone PANIC....YOU JUST GOT 503'D". I find this incredibly unprofessional. I have since terminated my account with them.

Their hosting may also run incredibly quickly at times, however their is an equal amount of times when it just doesn't work or load at all.

Beware that Company this is a joke only 5 days after registering from the beginning only problems with my reseller account....nothing works never ends troubles with permissions...site once works once not.....evening was fine at the morning nothing at all even access to c-Panel/WHM was unable.....i was left with nothing when i contact them they locked my account i was unable to make backup my data !!! this is the worse hosting I ever had.....spread this out as much you can we have to kick out that kind of business from the market....they blamed me that im doing something wrong...thats crazy..AVOID first2host.co.uk.

these are the best what a support team. They are always on hand and they get back to you within the 20min 5 Star......

Left my old provider after having a chat with First2Host, I was forced to take my business away from my old host because they cold not support the amount of traffic my site was generating. First2Host setup a VPS server for me and transferred all my files to it. Whole process took less that 24 Hours and its been the best decision for my business iv made. Thank you so much First2Host you really have been a saving grace.

Hosting is very fast and top notch. Support could be a wee bit quicker to respond but when they do it is great. Could do with a user forum thought.

I seen an add , it said a month free so i give it a go, I have my account straight away and its great.

You can use windows or linux, they have a great forum with other customers who can also help if your new. Also the knowlage base is quite big with step by step guides. And if your still stuck there are video tutorials which really helped me.

I have been using these for about 3 months, great support i use windows but also have the option of linux, Its cheap web hosting at it's best

Its cheap and unlimited normally you would expect their to be downtime and support issues but this host seems fine, I got a free domain name with them and excellet service. They have an Iphone control panel to which is handy for me, also allows my email account on my phone which is another good option. Overall 9/10
