Been with Falcoda since 2012. Up until this year had few problems. Always solved by email as could never get then on phone.

Renewed in November and shortly after started getting error messages on email "Security Certificate cannot be varied" Tried phoning, normal message of too busy or closed. Managed to send email to support who responded saying server setting changed. What company would change their server setting which would affect customer email accounts without providing them in advance with new settings. Anyway, Falcoda supplied updated server setting I had to change in each email account. This did not work and had to revert to old settings to which I continued to get error message until yesterday when email accounts totally failed. Can't email support so had to phone. Left numerous telephone calls with two contact numbers and still no response. Have now escalated as problem with Paypal as this is how I paid Falcoda. They now have 10 days to resolve by contacting me and resolving the problem but I am not holding my breath. Looks like I will need to transfer domain out of Falcoda. On this occasion they truly have demonstrated the worse customer service I have experienced.

I have several websites with Falcoda Internet for about 8 years now and all I can say is their customer service is second to none. Every time when I have something I need help with they respond to emails within minutes many times within a minute. I am no coder and when I mess up one of my sites all I need is either contact them via their live support on their website which works into the late evening sometimes or email during business hours and in the blink of an eye they are helping me solve the problem.

No ifs or buts. I honestly recommend them to anyone looking to host their site. Prices are very good, service is excellent. The employees are friendly and very helpful. 5 stars all the way

I've used Falcoda for years now, after having bad experiences over billing and services at another host. I started with e-mail only hosting and have gradually expanded: I now have all my sites and domains with them and have started using them for client sites. Support is exceptionally good, they were clear and patient when i was starting out and didn't really understand terms, they go the extra distance and offer to do things for you if it will be quicker and simpler, and live chat availability has been much improved over the years. I like that they give me plenty of warning (like 60 days) when products are coming up for renewal, rather than taking it down and holding me to ransom. I also like that my plans can grow along with my business. The prices are competitive, perhaps not the cheapest out there, but it's the service and attitude that keep me coming back as a client and recommending to others. No problems in years: domain transfers, dns changes, e-mail accounts, script installs etc all go very smoothly, with patient support. I had been shopping around to see of there's a better deal somewhere, but I've just had the awful experience of dealing with a client's previous host and realised how good i have it with Falcoda. I have been using my Falcoda Business Plus account for well over a year.

Prices are great and the support is outstandingly good - even has a standard phone number as well as on-line chat.

Would I recommend to a friend? I have already and they are happy with their Falcoda account as well.

It is a trivial task to add additional domains, or to add subdomains to existing domains.

Each domain can have multiple mailboxes, there is catch-all forwarding of email, if required, so that it is possible to create one-off email addresses for different web sites. Alternatively email addresses can be individually forwarded to other mailboxes - or set to reject (or ignore) incoming mail, which is great when one of your on-off addresses starts getting spammed.

Quick customer service response, no issues in years.

I have been with Falcoda for over 3 years, now, and have transferred my three websites to them. Very reliable, reasonably priced and good technical support. I have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful. Definitley a company that I would recommend.

Have been trying to speak to someone regarding a recent purchased domain as I'm unable to gain access to it thus far.

Messaged them on Live Chat 4 hours ago, still awaiting a response.

Called them 5 hours ago, couldn't get through to anyone and haven't received a call back as of yet.

Messaged and posted their Facebook Page 4 hours ago, still awaiting a reply.

I guess you get what you pay for, but this is simply atrocious. Will consider moving to GoDaddy very soon, even if it does cost more!

My website and domain name was with a web designer who was holding it hostage and I couldn't move it away no matter what I tried. After reading some comments on a forum, I contacted Falcoda Internet's customer helpline. Well just 2 days later my domain name is now with Falcoda Internet and I can breath again. 100% love you Falcoda Internet!!!
