Friendly, Patient And Helpful
As a design student, I have been trying to set up an online portfolio for a while. After creating the page, I was unsure how to ‘launch it’ and don’t have a clue about acquiring web space. I have looked at several hosts, and everything seems complicated and I just wanted someone to actually talk to. My friend recommended express hosting. The man on the other end of the phone, said for the amount of space I needed (not a lot) their cPanel hosting would do the trick. He talked me through what to do, and was very patient with me, since then I have been all support tickets were answered promptly and in plain English! I will be recommending Express Hosting’s to my fathers business.

Wanted to co locate my business. Perfect attitude. Built around my dimension and spec. I would describe as a Friendly and easy to use service.
Amazing customer portal. Couldn't ask for more. Had everything I needed and more that I never realised I needed. Let me go a step further than I thought I would be able to using the service. My only issue was I forgot my password (my fault I guess)
Will use their services again if the need arises, as have no doubt they will be able to match my need.

Friendly, Reliable And Value For Money!
I have been using Express Hosting for about a year now. The uptime has been good - I haven't noticed any outages. On the rare occasion I have had an issue with my setup, the customer service has been great usually sorting the problem in only a few hours (even better now with phone support.)
Good server interface with cPanel, easy to upload and manage content online.
For me the tech support is what sets the company apart from the competition, always happy to help and always useful advice / solutions!

Excellent Support And Uptime With Friendly Service
I have nothing but good things to say about Express Hosting. Having been fed up of terrible customer service from Godaddy I moved my websites over and have never looked back. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and friendly whenever I have had an issue. Recently they have expanded and now offer telephone support. Would happily recommend to anyone!

Really poor customer service. They only have online support tickets - there is no phone contact - and frequently you get no response for days, if at all. This is not a helpful company to its customers, and I am now actively seeking a new host as I find them so unreliable. I could not recommend them to anyone.

Up Until This Month I Would Have Given 5 Stars, Bu
Up until this month I would have given 5 stars, but recently I have ahd long bouts of downtime, a password that thas to be reset eachtime I log in, Mysql timestamping 2 hours ahead of the system time, and a billing error.
When thinks are OK this lot can't be beaten, thats enough said!

I'm Afraid That As Of December 2010 And Into Janua
I'm afraid that as of December 2010 and into January 2011 Express Hosting are totally unresponsive to email or support requests.
I couldn't log into my account to pay my monthly invoice and despite trying to contact Express Hosting via all available channels saying that I wanted to pay them money they didn't respond.
No update or information at all on their website about this. I've had to move my sites elsewhere because I couldn't pay them. I'm very glad I didn't have automated payments set up.

Most Of The Time Express Are Ok, But We Have Had S
Most of the time Express are OK, but we have had several periods of downtime on our site. When this occurs, support, only available online, is unresponsive and the downtime is never explained. When you website is down for a whole day, that is frustrating to say the least. So when the servers are running, all is well, but you are stuck when problems occur. No phone number to ring, and slow on the email support.

I Have Been Trying To Contact Express Hosting For
I have been trying to contact Express Hosting for several days regarding a query I have with them hosting my clients site. I have received an automated response and them I am informed by Worldpay that Express Hosting are attempting to take money from my credit card! They have not replied once to my many emails even though they promise a response within 24 hours.
They do not have a phone number and their registered address is a holding address. I would avoid these guys as they are very unprofessional and keep attempting to take money from my credit card without authorisation.

Excellent company, very helpfull. We went from a single website to several dedicated servers & virtual servers to cover our site as it grew over the last year.
Service has never been better and the performance increase of the new VM enviorment coupled with now being hosted out of Global Switch is fantastic.
Nice to be able to tell our own clients that although we outsource our infrastructure, we have never had cause for concern.
