Don't Do It! This Company Must Rate Amongst The Wo

Don't do it! This company must rate amongst the worst hosting companies in the world. Support is so bad it is laughable, there is absolutely no professionalism, performance is awful, and if you are unfortunate enough that Eurofasthost should "tinker" with your site then you had better have a really good contingency plan - they don't and yes, it will go wrong, guaranteed...

I really can't use the star rating here because they surely cannot deserve any stars whatsoever however you can't save the review without giving one star. I have a hosting plan with another provider (Redfox), the performance is great, and when you get support it is professional, knowledgable and they do actually respond to you.

Please, please stay well clear for your own peace of mind

Eurofasthosts Claim To "support" Dotnetnuke Sites.

Eurofasthosts claim to "support" DotNetNuke sites. Our site performs poorly (despite their name!), support is poor, often they do not respond to emails. Site has been moved without our knowledge which caused the customer facing part to stop working for a week.

Overall I would recommend you look elsewhere for your hosting provider, this company is unlikley to provide you with a satisfactory service, it is disorganised and extremely unprofessional in terms of operations.

My Site Has Currently Been Down For Three Weeks Be

My site has currently been down for three weeks because they tried to move me to another server (without letting me know) and now they can't get it to work. There is only one guy on support who is available in the afternoons only - and then only when he's not to busy to come to the phone. There's another guy who just answers the phones and and is only able to say "we'll the support guy isn't here right now" or "I'll get him to phone you". They promise to return calls and don't, promise to find a solution and don't in fact they are a tin pot company that I would think will go out of business before too long. Before the current people took over, Eurofasthost did provide a good service, however the staff from those days are long gone (I wish I knew to where?).
