Disorganised and unhelpful, I hosted with them for a number of years and became increasingly frustrated by their lack of response to simple questions such as 'What is this bill for?', I now have moved elsewhere and will not be going back.

Web servers are quite good but email servers can be troublesome and drop out for no apparant reason and ePowHost cannot fix the problem seemingly. Control panel is good but not the best.

If you don't care about billing issues and resilience of mail servers, then they are quite cheap but if you live or die by email, if you want separate bills for different domains you manage - go elsewhere and don't look back....
