It's a shame that you can't give a service no stars for a rating as that's what Easynet deserves. Unfortunately their products are not only poorly priced but poorly managed with consistent issues from the start of our contract. The connection is up and down like a yo-yo and unfortunately it's not an issue with our line but their system so there's nothing we can do about it. The most annoying thing is that it's not just our Internet that's poor but every school in our county is on Easynet and everyone else is having a nightmare with it as well.

I wouldn't recommend this to an enemy let alone a friend.
