No views on downtime or anything yet but I feel totally confident with my choice to give the level of support so far. It's only been 2 months since I signed up with them but I have to give them credit for always keeping my website online. On top of that when I called them to get some help with things I couldn't understand, I got US support rep each and every time, unlike other hosts I tried out before Dailyrazor web host. They are truly a diamond in the rough.

My experience dealing with them has been perfect. I can highly recommend website maintenance solution to others. Been using Dailyrazor hosting for 4 months, and they are excellent. I've never had a problem with them. I just realized, today, that I should go online and give them a good review somewhere. I had a few problems when I first signed up (not with them, just with mistakes I made) and they were very willing to help me and explain things to me.

The Support is always there and very professional. I used it a few times for stupid mistakes and even then they were eager to help. I've only had my site down for 5 minutes and that was for a CPanel upgrade. Dailyrazor fits all of my requirements (for only a few dollars per month no less!) and more. I recommend this decent web host to others.

I never write reviews, but I have been so impressed I wanted to so that others could have the confidence to give them a chance. I am totally impressed with Dailyrazor guys. I just hope they don't grow too large and lose the foundation that is making them so impressive. You'll be happy like now I'm from the bottom of my heart.

One thing I must say about Dailyrazor is that they have excellent customer service. When you use the online chat, someone answers pretty much instantaneously. You can't ask for more than that! And they are willing to help you out in any way they can. Their uptime is generally very good. The server's response time is very good.

I am happy to deal with Dailyrazor provider. The website care plan and website maintenance are impressive. Plenty of bandwidth & disk space. Far more than we've used. Support is helpful when they can be, as long as they understand the problem. They will offer solutions if they already have them prepared. Good job.
