Okay so where do I start. I thought I'd try daily because there site looked professional. Man was I wrong.

For example once you're a customer and you try and log in to the customer area. Man is it slow to respond if it chooses to respond at all. There free webmail function is terrible, i can very rarely get past the inbox, before all it does is time out. Ironically I can't even get to the pop details before the site stops responding to me, as this would fix issue no doubt. Or I could in stall my own e-mail client. but god I don't think the server could handle that lol

You might think... what browser are you using? I"ve tried all that are available to me chrome, firefox even safari the results are always the same. I don't get this probably with any other sites.

Then there's my hosting it's gone down a few times. Overall I've not been impressed; and that one positive review on this site is so blatantly an employee of the company. Terrible service on and off line.

DO NOT USE, We are a web company and decided to try Daily, What a mistake, 4 of our sites went down and they blamed windows update for it, they said we had to recode all of the database strings, i.e. 4hours work for each site. Our next step is transfering all our sites away from this company. Do not use. p. I bet the good review on this site was posted by one of their staff.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, if you dont you will be sorry.

Do not use Daily Web Host.com for anything. This company is the worst! They failed to renew my domain when I paid. Lost my entire site for two weeks. I had to beg Enomm to get my domain back for me. They billed my card over and over and still have not refunded me (over $150)

The telephone numbers they have on the website do not work.

I highly recommend you DO NOT use Daily Web Host. Their customer service is absolutely disgraceful. The worst I have ever encountered. Everytime I need to contact them it is like banging my head up a brick wall. They have no respect for their customers at all. Worst still they debited my bank account for several domain name renewals without my permission (and the domains don't even expire for another two years!). As far as I'm concerned this is theft. I have emailed them 10 times for a refund, but they ignore me everytime. I'm now trying to close my account, but I can't even do that, because they continue to ignore me. They are very amateurish, disrespectful and untrustworthy. In addition they have the most unreliable servers I have ever come across. At least once a month there is some problem where I lose information from my databases.

Over all I recommend you spend a bit more and use a decent host who has a bit more respect for their paying customers. No one likes to be ignored, have their money stolen, or their websites crash every month.

Overall DailyWebHost Inc. offer good plans with very generous space and bandwidth. There is no setup fee, and no long term contract to get low monthly price. Many emails, databases, and sub-domains. Fast 24/7 technical support, as I need to ask some technical questions from time to time, even though they are not their responsibility, they are still willing to answer in details, not to mention they don't charge you for it. Techs are very helpful, all the time. Servers are amazingly fast compared to other companies I have used with my wife. Right now we still have 2 sites with other hosts, they are expensive and cost a lot more than DailyWebHost.

Overall I give 10/10 for their services.
