For more than a year I have been hosting my site www.nationalpostwatch.com with cyber cast international. Soon after signing up with the company I discovered my mistake. The servers are down at least once a month, and the company doesn't even bother giving you an advance notice. As a result, I lost the ranking of my site on Google and other search engines.

Also, the servers are very slow. I am in North America, and I have another site hosted by a company in in Malaysia. Although Cyber cast international is closer to me, I have more difficulty accessing my site on their server than the one in Asia; sometimes, it times out before my site on cyber cast loaded. It seems, the only fast server cyber cast international has is the one the company reserved for its use.

Worse still, a few days a go I found the contents of my site hosted by cyber cast empty; all my uploaded files were missing. I sent a thicket to everyone in the company, including the technical department, the billing department and Mr.Jorge Moreno who heads the sales department, but I never heard from any of them. So, I decided to move my site to another hosting company.

My advice to prospective clients of cyber cast international is this: take a lesson from my bitter experience. Stay away from cyber cast international !!!!

I have been trying to host a site with Cybercast on a VPS for the last 12 months and it is a disaster. Their servers go down at least once a week if you are lucky but most of the time they go down every couple of days. Now a days i have to log in every night to make sure my servers are up.......

If i could i would give them a NEGATIVE NUMBER. They say that they are up 99.8% of the time but this really means 99.8% of the time during their office hours. There is no overnight support and they are forever taking all the servers down without notifying you. DOS attackes happen at least once every 2 weeks and they are clueless how to deal with them. In the last 2 months it has got a lot worse and their customer service is ignorant and arrogant. They more or less tell you to **** off ......terrible hosting company.

If i could i would give them -100 but unfortunately it is not possible. These people will destroy your site ....STAY AWAY ....We are moving to a new hosting service ASAP....

For the past six months, I have been hosting with Cybercast International and my experience is very sad. First, their server is very, very, slow. I have a similar website hosted by a company in Asia and that server is many times faster than that of Cybercast, although Panama is closer to Canada, where I live, than Asia. Second, the server of Cybercast is down frequently, and you often find this out when you try to access your site--they seldom give advance notice. Third, Cybercast seldom answers the thickets you send them. I give Cybercast a BIG, FAT, ZERO! I gave Cybercast a star in this review, only because the setting doesn't allow me to give nothing. Stay away from this company, or you will live to regret it.

Cyber Cast Intl Site timeouts for a week now. Wretched customer service. Can't even download all my files to switch sites. Customer service says everything is great! What a joke.

I have been using Cybercast International for approximately three months now, and I have since regretted switching to them. The server is down most of the time. Beginning on Tuesday night, it had been down for almost a full day. For a brief period last night, it was up and running. As I am writing you this, at 635 A.M. EDT, May 15, 2009, it down again.

Cyber Cast Intl is reasonably priced, however, their service is absolutely terrible. downtime is terrible. Lost a total of 5 full days in less than two months.Last week my site was down for 12 hours in one day.this week my site is down again 6 hours and counting now.I'm going elsewhere

Furious about their service!

I had two domains hosted at offshore-web-hosts. After only hosting for less than a month, the admin told me one of my sites is under DDOS attack, and then shut down that hosting plan. I asked for some log files or some details about what happened, but they rejected and told me that they cancelled my account already. It's ridiculous to cancel my account without any solid reason.

Although I'm very upset, I tried to understand, but after only a week, they shut down the other hosting plan of mine, and the reason is "Your site is spamming...". It's ridiculous!!! I never did any spam.

It makes me very furious!!!

If you don't want to host my domain, you can just tell me and refund me. I'll try to understand, but you cancelled my account in this way.

Panama based solutions, good connectivity to the US, great price and support

My site is hosted at cyber cast for a few months now. So far the support is awesome assisting me with my special requirements. I like the speed to the US just a few hops from other US servers.

Good products for a good price (the VPS), but the site was extremely often down or not reachable (VPS monitored over 10 days, availability only 40%!!!!). The technical staff was not able to solve a simple Linux problem by installing a kernel module over 5 weeks after the module disappeared "by ghost hand" over night, they must re-install the complete VPS instead of simply add the module to the kernel...

If you are searching for a VPS for simple offshore webhosting with low bandwitdh - take this offer! If you are searching a stable connection for using it with OpenVPN - forget it!
