I am about to loose my domain and website after complete zero response from crystal summit to my requests for help to extend my domain. I have always paid direct to crystal summit but this year i received a request from Nominet for the payment which i paid in good time. I have now received a statement to say my domain has not been extended because the Registrar from crystal summit has failed to do this. I am so confused as to what is happening here. i have tried every way to contact crystal summit and Nominet and have not had any response. I am dependent on my website for work and having it taken off line after i have paid for the renewal is costing me loss of business. What has happened to the communication Crustal summit?
