I used to be with streamline.net on shared hosting. I was paying £50/year for sub-standard support and abysmal server speed, so I had to change.

I did a bit of googling around, when I found .comwebshosting I couldn't believe what they were offering and for what price (unlimited basically everything for only £30/year). So much so, that I did a bit of research into the company. Unfortunately, I could find a single review of them, so I got suspicious...

I contacted them and had a good chat with one of their support team, and eventually signed up to a trial. One month later, and I couldn't fault it. Everything was perfect! The servers were fast, and the support... well, I would make a ticket, and 1-2 hours later, iI got a response and 9 time out of 10, a fix. Compared to steamline's 2-3 days, this is amazing.

The only problem I can really find, is that the ftp upload only has 2 slots it seems, so uploading large websites can take some time. This is by no means a reason not to go with them though. 10/10 company, I think I will be staying with these for a long long time...

We moved our website to Com Web Hosting around 2 months ago. What a breath of fresh air. Their technical support is first class. Support requests are dealt with very fast via the online ticket system, and you can speak to a real person.

We were previously with Fasthosts € what a nightmare € we would contact them via telephone and be in queue position 33 or worse, and if you do get hold of them it is always your fault, or they are just rebooting the server.

Com web hosting provide a quality service at unbelievable prices with everything you could want included in the price. I would highly recommend them and will be hosting my new site with them. Not sure how they do it for the price.
