I've used Clook for many years to host my websites, they currently host my .DinkyCartridges website and have found there support to be top notch, they answer support questions within minutes! i strongly recommend them.

Been with Clook for six years now. There is simply no better hosting company in the UK.

They are not the cheapest but if you are serious about hosting then going for the cheapest option is the worst possible idea. The most expensive fixed cost for a hosting company is the support personnel. Cheap = No Support. End of.

I can contact support 24 x 7, get responses within minutes and now *know* the support guys. These guys know their stuff and have been there for years.

There response times are at times amazing. I had an SSL certificate installed within 90 seconds of opening a ticket.

I have had no downtime on my VPS for years - the proactive management means MySQL, CentOS and PHP are upgraded for me. Any PCI compliance issues are handled for me.

My clients are impressed and I can concentrate on developing sites, not spending times putting out fires. The time I save easily compensated for Clook's higher price.

Been with Clook for just under a year (reseller package) and have nothing but praise for these guys. Am now transferring all of my business client websites to them because the experience has been so good. Support guys who know what they're on about and don't give template answer, any server issues communicated within (literally) seconds and fixed just as quick! Downtime has been virtually non existent - just about 2 minutes the other day which they notified and fixed immediately. pricing is very good. Not the prettiest Control Panel interface I've ever seen but it's very quick and self explanatory

You don't normally get much positive reviews on companies, i would have to say out of the hosting companies i have used

Clook customer service and support system is very fast, you dont wait days for replys to any issues, questions you ask.

Ive been with clook for nearly 1 year hosting about 20 domains with them and not had any problems.

I run my own web design business and have used Clook for over 4 years now. Very seldom do I need to contact them, but when I do their service is excellent. Real people with real names.

I've over 100 sites hosted with them and it's a pleasure to do business with them.
