I had a major issue surrounding my Magento Store. In the backend system any changes I tried to make would not save to the database. Amongst this the shopping cart was inconsistent. I contacted Citric media regarding the shopping cart and they identified that there were major problems with the whole setup.

Citric Media quoted time and price, but unfortunately the job exceeded the time-scale. Despite this, Citric Media continued to work all day and night to fix the problem and now I am very pleased to say that my Magento Store is working properly.
