Having spent nearly twenty years in web design industry I've used a good number of hosts in my time.... Chasehosting.com is bar-none the best experience I've had in regards to value|speed|friendly support. Spoken with several of their admins and all have been helpful and responsive to my needs and requests, even when I'm being a bit pushy or impatient. These guys are a real class act. A+ for effort and A++ for fast reliable services.

Chase Hosting has great hosting services for a good deal. Cheap and easy with minimal downtime in my experience.

I started hosting with them back in 2008 on a shared hosting plan and have since moved to both a dedicated ecommerce server and a dedicated SEO hosting server from them. Both help my business a ton and I super appreciate their help with the tech side of things!

Before them I had only really used Godaddy and let me tell you.... that was a total nightmare. Over the years I've had Chase Hosting's team help me with marketing my business and building and updating my website.

From what I've read this host went through a bit of growing pains the past few years, but my experience with them has been nothing short of amazing.

They handled the transfer of my website from my old web host the first day I switched and handled it all for me no questions asked! They were impeccable in their work and most of my visitors didn't even notice a blip. Believe me I was watching it closely as I HATE HATE HATE downtime!!

These guys are great, and as other reviews have said, one of my support tickets was even answered by the owner Chase. Really nice to see him still actively participating in the company and not just outsourcing the support like so many others do.

They came referred to me by one of my clients when I mentioned I was unhappy with my current web hosting and I'm really glad so far that I've given them a shot!

Website down for over a month, no response to 3 tickets submitted. The outsourced support offered to retrieve my files for a fee, but were also complaining they hadn't been paid in many weeks. It started off a great company, but really went downhill the past two years. I ended up cutting my losses (flushed 6 months worth of prepaid hosting) and set up elsewhere. Worst experience I have had with a company in 15 years of websites.

I switched to Chase after having lots of troubles with my old host. Their staff helped me move my site over the first day and got it switched without any downtime. I was pretty stressed on how to do that because I've never moved a website but they took care of it no questions asked.

Recommended them to my friend who's a web designer and so far his experience has been the same, outstanding company all around!

I've hosted with several other companies over the years and switched to chase sometime last year. So far i've been extremely pleased with the level of support I receive and the quality of service is much better than godaddy from where I moved. Id recommend them to my friends for their blogs, it's definitely much faster than what i had before. A++

I've had a website for about 7 years now, 5 of which I've been hosting with Chase and his company. He has always been extremely responsive in resolving any issues I ever experienced, and has always been friendly and personable. He has recently switched the support of the company to his staff primarily and they've all been friendly and supportive during the transition. I'm still able to get a hold of Chase and was extremely surprised by this, yet he still seems to care just as much about his customer experience and level of support as the day I signed up many years ago. He goes beyond expectations to satisfy! I recommend Chase and his hosting services to everyone I know that needs a website!

With Chase Hosting I thought I had found the right sized company for my small web site. In fact, support tickets were answered by Chase himself for the first year or so.

Fast forward a couple more years and I experience an outage. Ok. No biggie. I submit a ticket. And another. I find them on Facebook and message them. Ok, they're working on it. I wait and wait. TWO WEEKS later I get an answer: Their anti-virus deleted ALL of my files during a migration.

AND, I REALLY should have backed up my files.

Thanks Chase Hosting for the advice. Now here's some for you: Get out of the hosting business. You don't know what you're doing.
