Been using these guys for years, they've been helpful, friendly and have been quick to fix my issues. The quality of the servers have always been top notch, and I don’t recall them ever ‘nickel and diming me’ about small things.

I have both a dedicated server (high end) and a Linux VPS. Both have been great, and me and my clients are very happy with the service, and how they address problems as and when they arise.

They’ve even helped me and shown me how to optimize my OpenCart ecommerce site to make it run faster, and more efficiently.

They use a Tier 4 Data centre (am told that’s the highest) and as I understand it have recently set up a second Tier 4 data centre somewhere else.

This company used to be absolutely brilliant but of late, say the past 2 months, their service has been shocking! Complete outages for hours, even days and the level of customer of service has gone from superb to diabolical.

BE WARNED - Think very carefully before you host with these guys. They are nowhere near as good as they used to be. Perhaps new management or just bad luck but nevertheless, I won't be going near them ever again!

We moved over to Cloud VPS hosting with bytehouse and have not looked back since. When we've needed it, we've had experienced helpful support that answered our questions in a straightforward way.

We've not had any problems with the hardware or up-time so far (been hosting for 9 months) nor our connectivity.

We have been able to scale up and down our server as and when required, which has proven very useful.

Our sites have a fast connection speed, which has helped in our site's ranking on google.

All in all I highly recommend them to anyone looking to host their web sites on a VPS or cloud infrastructure.

I was having problems with my current dedicated hosting, and called around a few UK dedicated hosting companies. Of all my shortlist, I found that bytehouse had the best sales and customer support. They were professional and knowledgeable and asked probing questions to assess what exactly I needed.

I signed up to their managed hosting service (I had a cluster built), and they provided me with brand new HP Prolient servers. I have my own dedicated customer representative and have had my servers tuned up for fast caching and rapid response.

I didn't have to sign up for firewalls - bytehouse offer a dual failover firewall configured for our use.

All in all, we were happy with the speed and security (tier 3/4 data center), and the 100% connectivity uptime.

We would highly recommend it.

I moved to this hosting company recently, after being with a rival company for over 10 years. hey host our client we sites and email etc. So far, the service has astounded me. Their support is incredibly quick, (even on a Sunday!) and the Plesk interface allows me to administer more or less everything. I would recommend them to anyone.

I found their website easy to use and navigate, to be honest, had I not needed any help, every thing was set up instantly, and I wouldn't have needed to call (guess I like a little human interaction!). Connection speed for my sites seemed to be quite fast.
