Took the time to understand our needs, explain in layman’s terms the pro’s & con’s of the Cloud and demonstrate the real cost of IT. Once we undertaken this exercise, it’s clear the Cloud is infinitely better value. In addition, it’s more reliable, secure and accessible than anything we could build in-house. A no brainer in the end. The only thing I didn't like was that they were not the cheapest, but then the best, let alone the best value rarely is, and we recognise how important TI is to our business success and that compromising here would be a false economy!
