I think ASPnix is a good deal!

I have a couple of sites hosted there that I had as an image hosting for 9 months.

I am also very surprised by the support. I wasn't expecting much. But the times I had a question, they responded within a couple hours, will a polite, and detailed response. The speed may be a bit slower than other webhosts, but not too slow at all.

I have used aspnix for about three months I think now. Hosted multiple domains. All in all they have been the best. You can't beat the price, the support is wonderful and quick, they love giving their users (new & old) all sorts of goodies. I love the price for their cloud vps deals - thinking to upgrade..

The montly newsletter is fun to get and great to read.

Finally I have found a good home for my website for some time to come.

Around 6 months ago I was on the search for a new host that accepted Bitcoin payments. I had tried several of the so call "bitcoin hosts" that jumped on the bitcoin wagon and branded their entire company around bitcoin. I found those hosts to be terrible, with my site going down every day. So I was searching for an established company that accepted bitcoins. After reading various reviews about Aspnix I asked a couple of questions on their forum re the CMS I use regularly - these were answered within minutes, on a Sunday, so that was a good pointer. I signed up for my account, also buying a domain name, and the whole thing was an absolute breeze. There were no sleazy 'Buy These' extras in the signup process, which I have experienced with other hosts. Within minutes of signing up I was in my CPanel manager, had set up a database and was up and running.

Aspnix tech team checked with me that my DNS amend request from another company was correct as it would mean the website would go down. I can trust Aspnix to be intelligent and challenge requests rather than just implement requests. I've used them for over 6 months!

When I contact your technical support, I did not expect to find the problem in my code. Lucky, I meet one of the Aspnix tech support technicians. I had brought up this issue previously and had written it off as something I was doing wrong. Then I got a message from support saying they had identified the problem and fixed it (after the initial [ticket] was marked resolved). I started working with Aspnix when my then-current windows hosting provider was not meeting my needs. Aspnix accommodated my requirements and worked with me to make a seamless transition. Twice since then, my system requirements have changed; both times aspnix easily accommodated. When my system needs to expand again, it will be with aspnix.
