In short, we established a 2 year relashionship with AIT and they failed at almost every crucial support issue. They also claim to be hacker proof, well maybe theIr own site is hacker proof but that is where it ends. They have shabby support, over charge, and when you try to leave, they try to trick you like "you cannot cancel your account via email." Yet when you try to cancel your account by phone, they tell you that someone will call us back, they never call back. So it spills into the next month, they charge you one more month and say ok now you can cancel. I tell you this, the attorney general for the state of Georgia has been notified of AIT's non existing refund policy and also the illegal conduct in which they use when trying to cancel.
